Kaede Takagaki will be re-released as a Dollfie Dream. The new Version 2 fits perfectly alongside the other Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls dolls.

How to Get Her?
Within Japan
She will be available for purchase at Home Town Dolpa Kyoto 20 on July 28, 2024. A limited number of dolls will be sold at the event.
Outside Japan
On August 10, she will also be available outside Japan in online shops. The specific method of purchase has not yet been announced. However, I assume she will be sold in limited quantities aswell. Whether this will involve a lottery is still to be determined.
