Pat yourself on the back? – Of course!

At the end of every year you like to think about what you have achieved in the past year. Even if it sometimes seems like self-congratulation, I find such a review meaningful.

You can pat yourself on the back! As long as you do not become arrogant, it is even important. Time passes so quickly and races past us. Stop for a moment, recharge your batteries, look back and see how far you have come. Without getting stuck in the past.

This can give you drive and motivate you! Especially helpful when you are not doing so well.

Work and frustration

I would like to give everyone an honest and well-intentioned tip along the way. From my own experience I can say that the Doll Moon Store was hard work. I have invested a lot of time, shed tears and there were moments when I was about to quit it all together.

It is not easy to open a store, especially in Germany many stones are put in the way. Risk, sleepless nights were not as rare as you might think with a small business.

Do I just want flame? Maybe a little. But the basic idea is: Nothing flies to you by itself. You have to take the first step.

Effort, time and motivation are important! Don’t give up and follow your dreams even if it seems hard sometimes. They are an important part of us.

The “right” goal in mind

Every person is different, has their own desires and dreams. These can change or develop over the years. And that is quite normal! What the “right” goal is you can only answer yourself. There is no template or rule for this. A small list of ideas for the next year can help, but is not a must.

There is no shame in not meeting these goals or in changing them over the course of the year.
